Hi, I’m Margy, founder of Vasanta Yoga. If you’re a man who's new to yoga or has a little experience, and know that you "should" be doing it because it will improve your health, you’ve found your private yoga instructor! Over the past six years, I’ve worked almost exclusively one-on-one with men who are beginners, out of practice, or dealing with an injury, who don't feel comfortable taking studio classes.
Dealing with chronic pain or stiffness, or even a slight level of discomfort is not something that you must live with--you are meant to move with ease and do the things you love to do, comfortably.
I understand that group classes often feel intimidating, impersonal, and leave beginners lost (or injured), but yoga will help you move better in the sports and activities that you enjoy, and feel great during your day-to-day, so you should have access to it.
My approach is personal, convenient, and tailored to your body and goals. With 15+ years of practicing and six years of teaching experience, I can help you:
