Yoga can be prescriptive and change day to day based on how your physical body feels, your energy level, and your mood.
I will design a session that will be accessible and challenging at the same time and make you feel GOOD! Each session will have you moving on your mat, focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and safe alignment. In addition to focusing on asana, we will tap in to the breath through pranayama and meditation in order to manifest a more mindful space within that you are able to take with you off of your mat.
