The Housing Authority of New Haven (HANH) Senior/Disabled RAD waiting list for apartments at Fairmont Heights and Matthew Ruoppolo Manor is currently open. Applications are being accepted from April 5, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: The Housing Authority of New Haven also operates as Elm City Communities. Both names will appear on the application.
