Fulton Park and Stanley Justice Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of New Haven (HANH) waiting list for apartments at Fulton Park and Stanley Justice is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 8, 2020, until July 3, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: The Housing Authority of New Haven also operates as Elm City Communities.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
