Brookside Estates I and II, and Rockview I Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of New Haven (HANH) waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Project Based Voucher apartments at Brookside Estates I and II, and Rockview I is currently closed. Pre-applications were last accepted from January 21, 2020, until February 4, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This community is managed by the Michaels Organization.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Call to request a pre-application by mail, fax or email.
2. Download and print the application

Once the application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Postmarked no later then February 4th, 2020 and mailed.
2. Emailed.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $52,850 | 5 Persons $81,550
• 2 Persons $60,400 | 6 Persons $87,600
• 3 Persons $67,950 | 7 Persons $93,650
• 4 Persons $75,500 | 8 Persons $99,700

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
