Federal Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Chelsea Housing Authority (CHA) last accepted Federal Family Public Housing waiting list applications from November 1, 2023, until December 6, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application in person at the CHA office.
3. Call CHA to request an application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to the CHA office.
2. Faxed to the CHA.
3. Hand deliver to the CHA office or drop box.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
