Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development Public Housing Waiting List

The Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development (LHAND) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The family public housing waiting list is currently closed.The LHAND offers three public housing communities with 455 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are three ways to apply:1. Visit the LHAND to pick up an application, located at 174 South Common St., Lynn, MA 01905 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Tuesday 8:00 am until 7:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm.2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling 781-581-8760 between the days and hours noted above.3.
