Concord Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Concord Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families.Please note: The CHA does not offer federal public housing for elderly/disabled individuals. But, does have state public housing for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Download the Federal application here and/or State here, then print and complete.2. Visit the CHA to pick up an application, located at 34 Everett St., Concord, MA 01742 during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
