Beacon Homes, Brown Circle Homes, Arco Lane Homes and Windsor Court Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Laurel (HACL) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Beacon Homes, Brown circle Homes, Arco Lane Homes and Windsor Court Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 29, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Beacon Homes -located at 911 Home Street, Laurel, MS 39440
• Brown Circle Homes - located at 50 Brown Circle, Laurel, MS 39440
• Arco Lane Homes -located at 429 Arco Lane, Laurel, MS 39440
• Windsor Court - located at 20 Windsor Court, Laurel, MS 39440

This waiting list has the following preferences: Head of household must be legally and continuously employed with 20 or more hours per week AND have qualifying income or; Must meet the definition of Elder or Disabled family as defined by HUD AND have qualifying income

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
