My name is Emily and I empower people to release their self-doubt and elevate their yoga practice. Through 1:1 yoga coaching, I help people connect to themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually using a wide range of modalities including mat, stand-up paddleboard, aerial, and beach yoga.
